Korolov Publisher («the App») is operated by Korolov IT-Service, Viacheslav Korolov, Stegerwaldstraße 14, 51373 Leverkusen, Germany («we», controller under the GDPR). The App lets any signed-in TikTok user publish videos to their own TikTok account. Full company details: Impressum.
What we collect
- TikTok account data provided by TikTok after you sign in: your open ID, union ID, display name and avatar URL.
- Access tokens issued by TikTok so the App can act on your behalf (scopes: user.info.basic, video.upload, video.publish).
- Videos and captions you choose to post. The video file is kept only while it is being uploaded to TikTok and is deleted immediately afterwards. We keep the caption, the TikTok publish ID and the publishing status.
- Technical logs (timestamps, error messages) needed to operate the service.
How we use it
Only to sign you in, to show you your account and the posting options TikTok makes available to you, and to publish the videos you explicitly ask us to publish. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, do not use it for advertising, and do not post anything without your action.
Storage and security
Data is stored on our server in Germany (EU), encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access tokens are refreshed and invalidated according to TikTok's rules.
Retention and deletion
You can delete everything at any time with the «Disconnect & delete my data» button in the App: we revoke the token at TikTok and erase your account record. You can also revoke the App in TikTok (Settings → Security → Manage app permissions) or write to info@korolov-it-service.de. Inactive accounts are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the LDI NRW.
Third parties
TikTok processes your data according to its own Privacy Policy. The App uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API.
