By using Korolov Publisher («the App») you agree to these terms. The App is provided by Korolov IT-Service, Viacheslav Korolov, Stegerwaldstraße 14, 51373 Leverkusen, Germany (Impressum).
1. Service
The App publishes videos to your own TikTok account, on your request, through TikTok's official Content Posting API. You keep all rights to your content.
2. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own the rights to the videos, music and captions you post, that they comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, Music Usage Confirmation and, where applicable, the Branded Content Policy, and that you disclose commercial content truthfully.
3. No warranty
The App is provided «as is». Publishing depends on TikTok's services; we are not responsible for TikTok's processing, availability, labelling or moderation decisions.
4. Termination
You can stop using the App and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
5. Price
The App is currently free of charge. If this changes, we will tell you in advance; nothing will be charged without your separate agreement.
